Q: Do you use supply Quads or Inline skates?
A: Quads all the way, adjustable and top of the range.

Q: Can i buy the skates after the party?
A: Yes of course, or we can order you a brand new pair.

Q: Can i bring my own skates?
A: Yes indeed, as long as they are safe and in good condition.

Q: What size skates do you provide?
A: Junior size 8 to Adult size 13.

Q: How long do we skate for?
A: 90 minutes is ideal and a 30 minute break for food.

Q: Can we eat/drink on the rink?
A: No no no... save that for break and cake time.

Q: What shall i wear?
A: Your party might be themed, comfortable clothing if not, you will get rather hot!

Q: Do you provide all safety equipment?
A: Yes, its compulsory for the wrist, elbow and knees.

Q: Will we hurt ourselves?
A: if you are a beginner you may fall over but the safety kit should get you back on your skates in no time. Skate with safety!

Q: Are there experienced staff at the event?
A: Yes. There will always be 2-4 marshalls on site with full first aid training.

Q: What age do i have to be to skate?
A: 8 years+ is preferable. Under 8's must be supervised or skated with at all times.

Q: How many mates can i invite to my party?
A: 40 skaters are ideal but we can accommodate more if necessary.

Q: Can you help with invites?
A: Yes, we have a template invite you can use.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: We will quote depending on attendees & any special requests you have like Beyonce singing live. Click here to fill in your request form.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes please, all will be revealed when you make an enquiry.

Q: Do I pay extra for the DJ, food, cake.
A: Yes, upon request.

Q: What music will be played?
A: Its your party so you can choose anything your heart desires.

Q: Where will the skating event take place?
A: At a local venue near you, sports halls are perfect.

General Terms & Conditions

To insure our clients have a great party, it is is strongly advised that you wear wrist guards, provided free of charge at the event when skating. Please download  and return our Health and Safety Conditions Form.

Roller Party is unable to offer refunds, exchanges or cancellation by the customer unless the event is cancelled by Roller Party. 
Roller Party reserves the right to alter your booking without prior notice. If this is necessary for any reason, Roller Party will reimburse the client.

Roller Party reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance of for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Roller Party or its representatives staffing the Event. Roller Party personnel may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of persons at the Event.
No animals will be admitted to the venue.

No unauthorised filming/cameras/sound recording – any breach will lead to confiscation of equipment.
Roller Party may record and photograph  the Event. Your attendance at the Event shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the photography, filming and audio recording and your approval permission for Roller Party to make full use of the recordings and the footage taken without any recourse to you.

Roller Party is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, however caused, to you except where any such loss, injury or damage is caused by the negligence of Roller Party, its employees or agents. Roller Party accepts liability for death and personal injury caused by its negligence but not otherwise.

No bottles or cans to be brought into the venue unless provided by Roller Party.
Fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners, poles and similar articles are not permitted within the venue and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited from the Event.
No unauthorised trading is permitted within the venue or any official car parking facility.
In the interests of public safety, Roller Party reserves the right to request you to leave the venue at any time for safety reasons or immediately after the Event.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Roller Party  is the owner and promoter of events available on this web site. Purchase of paid bookings constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

All products and services are subject to availability.
Roller Party reserves the right to refuse to trade with individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, including those living in countries where credit/debit card fraud is known to be active. Roller Party will use discretion in these matters and the resultant decision will be final.
On successful confirmation of booking, the contracts of sale is made between Roller Party and the Customer and shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions.
Goods and services, together with VAT, are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order as applicable. Roller Party reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time.
Confirmed orders will be acknowledged with a Confirmation e-mail.

Roller Party accept the following Credit and Debit Cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Delta. Or personal cheque made payable to Roller Party Ltd.

The Customer must accept the Booking on delivery. Delivery is deemed to take place when the confirmation e-mail is sent whereupon the risks of loss or damage shall pass to the Customer.
No physical tickets are dispatched.
No refunds or exchanges of Booking.
Booking confirmations lost, stolen, destroyed or invalidated will not be reissued and deemed void.
Bookings remain the property of Roller Party.

Roller Party shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, and financial loss. Roller Party’s liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order.
If You chose to use the Site we will not be liable for any loss of profit, income or business opportunity or any other direct or indirect loss which results from any failure or delay by Roller Party.
In no circumstances shall Roller Party or any of our employees or Agents be liable for any loss or damaged suffered as a result of any use of the Site.
All website graphical design, text and graphics including all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this website are copyrighted to Roller Party. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

Please note that wrist, knee and elbow guards are available free of charge at the skate hire. Using protective equipment will help reduce the likely hood of injury due to a fall or collision. Roller Party accepts no responsibility for injury caused by a fall or collision that could have been prevented had the appropriate protective equipment have been used. 
People who bring their own skates and equipment into the venue are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of such, and Roller Party cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injury and damage caused by such skates and equipment to yourself or a third party.
Roller Party reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove people from the party for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of Roller Party or their representatives staffing the Event.
People skating at this venue do so entirely at their own risk and the management  cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by in house structures, objects, or by  actions of other skaters.
